Big Red Sales takes on Gallo Acoustics brand

In Industry News On

National sales agency Big Red Sales is to handle sales of high-end compact speaker systems producer Gallo Acoustics.

Big Red founder John Reddington commented: “We are delighted to be handling sales for Gallo Acoustics and their exciting range of beautifully designed products.  We are confident that our 1000+ retailer base will find their products extremely attractive both in terms of looks and margin-boosting profits.”

The news sees Big Red Sales’ line-up of brands increase to seven. The company currently handles sales for Sennheiser, Vogel’s, Morphy Richards, Loewe, Revo and Mitchell & Brown.

The increase in brands has resulted in Big Red now having to increase the size of its nationwide on-the-road team.

John Reddington added: “We are currently advertising for five new sales people to enable us to reduce territories thereby further ensuring a focussed approach on existing brands.

“Our reputation is upheld by the strength and quality of the brands that we represent. And I am delighted to report that our brands are getting stronger and stronger every year.”

Gallo Acoustics commercial director Colin Urie said: “Following the highly successful launch of our sister brand REVO earlier this year, it became a very easy decision to work with Big Red on the introduction of our Gallo Acoustics brand. We’ve been impressed by their operation, particularly the sales performance of their highly motivated sales team, and we’re confident that the Gallo Acoustics range will appeal to their discerning retailer base.”

The Gallo range to be handled by Big Red features the A’Diva and A’Diva SE, Micro and Micro SE and Strada Centre and side speakers.
