Panasonic appoints new general manager of independent sales

Panasonic has announced the appointment of Graham Goldsmith as general manager of independent sales, effective immediately.

In his new role, Graham will work alongside the Panasonic sales leadership team and will be responsible for the UK independents and Panasonic Stores. Graham will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategy across all product categories, including TV, audio, digital imaging, beauty and small domestic appliances, whilst managing a team of sales managers covering the UK.

Graham joins Panasonic from Groupe SEB, parent company for Tefal, KRUPS, and Rowenta, where he has led a successful period of growth for the business over the last seven years in a variety of roles, most recently as channel controller for the UK & Ireland business.

Prior to joining Groupe SEB, Graham was a business account manager with Sony Electronics for five years.
